About Joshua Stedman

Josh Stedman is a writer for GiveMeSport. He focuses on evergreen and feature articles. He studied at Sheffield Hallam University where he studied Sports Studies and then did a masters in Sports Journalism, which led to him becoming a freelance writer.

Since beginning his freelance writing journey in 2020, Josh has worked for a number of companies. He has experience of news writing, feature writing, and evergreen writing. Although he mainly writes about football, he does enjoy writing about boxing, basketball, American football, and F1. 

He previously worked for Scunthorpe United, writing pieces on the opposition for the matchday programme and website.

Josh is a big Sheffield Wednesday fan, following them home and away. Outside of writing, he enjoys playing football for a local Sunday side and with friends casually.
